I still have a license question and there is no one on this site to answer them 

I have had a licensing question for 40 days not and it appears this guy fell off the face of the earth.  DON'T buy this product.  You are getting a product that you'll never get support on.  He doesn't answer the live support chat, or forum posts or emails.

Swirlhost works very hard to provide excellent customer support for our license holders. We provide support in two ways: 1.) Email Support - by sending email to support@swirlhost.com 2.) Telephone Support - we are one of the ONLY DotNetNuke module development firms to offer this type of support, check around. If you are a license holder, please use one of those methods to contact our support help desk. Do you have a license? The only records we show for you are back almost two years ago when you first beta tested version 2.0 However, we will still answer any questions you have, I just don't understand why you are bashing us when we have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and support. -- Will Gillen -- Swirlhost Inc.
