Is it possible to have SwirlChat custom modified to include the ability to either disable private member to member messaging or to log private member to member messages?

We have a client who is perfectly willing to pay well for this modification. If it were part of the standard distributed new module in the future that would be preferred (as opposed to a custom developed module). Can you please let us know if this is possible even if we were to pay for it?
