Is this installation on a "public" server where I can look at some things?  If so, please send me an email with the URL and a username/password where I can look at the chatroom.  Also, in the email include a copy of your web.config file.  When sending the Web.Config file, please remove the line with the SiteSQLServer information (for security reasons).
