Re: Users Module doesnt work with DNN 5

Version 2.1.4 for DNN 5.1.2 fixed this for the chat room, however I am still getting the error in the Chat Users module when there aren't any users in the rooms.

Any patch for this yet ?

Frustrating isn't it...

I've submitted this issue through their help ticket sysetm (a couple of times) as well as through SnowCovered.com where I bought the module and I've gotten no response.   Evidentily this is something they don't want to acknowledge and/or fix.

Yes it is frustrating !!!   I cant believe they choose to run a business like this.

I am also having issues with the chat rooms not displaying in the dropdown list in the main chat room. Even though the security permissions are set for everyone to view.

Really poor.  I cant wait for another chat solution to come along.

Re: Users Module doesnt work with DNN 5

I've had these same issues with this company for years.  When version 2 was release they were very responsive, then it quickly died off.  You would think with a product this popular and well written you would want to keep your customers happy.

I have considered buying the Source Code version so I don't have to rely upon them, but $169.00 is a little steep for what it is.  If it was $99.00 it would be a little more affordable and worth the investment to fix the issues.
