Hi Im getting this error on the SwirlChatUsers module.

Frustrating isn't it...

I've submitted this issue through their help ticket sysetm (a couple of times) as well as through SnowCovered.com where I bought the module and I've gotten no response.   Evidentily this is something they don't want to acknowledge and/or fix.

Could SOMEBODY at this company PLEASE respond to my helpdesk request or this forum post !!  You have major issues with your product that I need fixed ASAP.
