Change Room Order & Permissions

Hi There,

Loving this software so far but have a quick question or two. Is there a way to change the order of the rooms? I want to move them around a little bit and don't want to have to start again.

Also, is there a way to copy a room? I have fairly complicated permissions and don't want to have to go through each one at a time.. an ability to copy another rooms permissions would solve this.

Many Thanks

Re: Change Room Order & Permissions

And another question. It seems that this module stops the <strong> </strong> tags from working on any other module on that page. I have found that <b> </b> works but of course DDN tries to convert it back to <strong> every time it's edited.

For example I have a Text/html module above the chat window giving some basic instructions. I have some bold text in there, but it never appears as bold unless I force it with <b>. When I re-edit that module it changes the <b> back to <strong> and I loose the bold.

1.) Currently, there isn't a way to change the ordering of the rooms... you're the first that has needed that. We'll see about getting that on the road map. 2.) As for copying permissions... Looks like we missed that one. With as many permissions as we've added, I can see how that would become cumbersome when creating new rooms. Lets see if we can get that added in. As for the strong tags being disabled. It is highly possible that some of the "reset CSS" script we have for enabling the ExtJS / Ajax style interface might be causing that. We've seen other instances with centering and a couple of other issues before. There is one line at the top of the file \DesktopModules\SwirlChat\CSS\ext-all.css which reads: address,caption,cite,code,dfn,em,strong,th,var{font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;} As you can see, it "resets" strong back to a normal font. If you want to "get strong" back you can change that line to: address,caption,cite,code,dfn,em,th,var{font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;} Thanks.
